EB-1 Visa for Extraordinary Ability:

   This EB-1 visa a special category and if you want to apply for this EB-1 Visa then you need not to obtain a Labor Certification from the U.S.A. Department  An applicant can self-sponsorship themselves in some cases only but not in all cases. The Foreign nationals those who have extraordinary abilities can apply for Employment based EB-1 visa. For that an alien should have to file a petition form I-140 on his own without having a U.S.A. Sponsor. In some other cases an employer in the United States must submit the filling form I-140 on behalf of a foreign worker. Then she/he may be eligible for permanent residence of United States. The foreign nationals those who have extraordinary ability in the fields such as Mathematics, Science, business, athletics, education, arts, An applicants from these categories must have extensive documentation national or international recognition in the field of expertise. Labor certification from the U.S. Department is not required to those who have outstanding professors and researches have at least three years experience and recognized internationally in the field of research or teaching.
