Marriage Based Immigration Visa



K visa is a marriage based visa for a foreigner. This visa granted when a foreigner interested to marry US citizen. It's the best and the quickest way to get a marriage based immigration visa. Based on the marriage time and locations, the K visa classified into two types called spouse visa and fiance visa. A foreigner marriage already finished and sponsors their spouses with the help of K-3 visa.


   Its family based visa, so the foreigner can get a Green card as well. K-1 Visa also marriage based visa, but it’s got when a foreigner will marry within the United States. It means, foreigner not married, but coming to the USA to marry a US citizen. Additionally foreigner can get their children as well, but doesn't bring their parents or other dependents. The K visa holder children can get a visa with the help of K-2 and K-4 visas. Basically, K visas are non-immigrant visas, but these visas can allow getting a conditional green card as well. So a lot of foreigners get through marriage. There is no numerical limitation to get these K visas, but if foreigner misuse this visa, it' can lead to deportation from the United States.

After marriage the k-1 visa can adjust as a permanent residency.  K-2 Visa is another type of visa. The foreigner can bring their unmarried children with the help of K-2 visa.

Even the foreigner has been living in the country; they can adjust the visa status as K-3 visa after marriage. It means foreigner entering into the United States with a visa, but US citizen and foreigner interested to marry each other. At that time they can marry each other with the help of K-3 visa. Foreign spouse also brings their minor children with the help of K-4 visa.
