H-1B Visa for Professional Worker:



Every year there are uncountable number of people  passed out their graduation and received certification from their respective fields such as doctors, lawyers, engineering, Business management courses. Most of the foreign nationals look there opportunity to utilize their work experience in the United States. Every year most of the U.S.A. companies recruiting the foreign nationals.    A foreign national who has advanced degree or has high professional skills work experience and not satisfied with wages in their home countries then they will want to do job in the United States of America. Most of the U.S. based companies pays high wages to their employees. In order to recruit foreign nationals then that company should have sponsor to the employees. For that H-1B visa or work visa allows foreign nationals into the United States. The U.S.A. government introduced this H-1B visa program to foreign nationals to offer and utilize their skilled international students and international professional workers from all over the world have a chance to live and work in the United States. This H1-B Visa is a non-immigrant visa for temporary staying and working in the United States for maximum of six years and it may leads to get a green card.



Requirements:

Employer Requirements:

1)  whatever offering the job, that job must be in a specific occupation such as doctors, lawyers, engineering, mathematics and architecture etc..

2) The actual job offered and correct wages should be offered.

3) U.S. citizen or resident cannot be eligibility for the job.

4) For the H-1B work visa the petition must be submitted by the company. Employee cannot be petition for the H-1B visa.



Employee Requirements:

1) To apply for the H-1B visa a candidate must have at least bachelor degree or its U.S. equivalent. 

2) Specialized and he can able to read and speak English.

H-1B visa limitations and restrictions:

1) an employer maximum can live and work on H-1B work visa is six years

2) Every year U.S. embassy issued H-1B visa is 65,000.

3) Non-profit organizations are not included in the annual cap.

4) Higher education universities or colleges or institutions are excluded from the annual cap.

5) One advantage of H-1B work visa that the spouse or unmarried children under the age of 21 may enter into the United States on H-4B visa.   




            The process for applying for H-1B visa is that first find an H-1B Sponsorship job with a U.S.A. Sponsoring company. Individual cannot sponsor or apply for their own H-1B visa. Merely U.S. employers can do it.
